Jessica Chapman’s Milken Educator Award Surprise in Norwich, CT

NORWICH, CONNECTICUT—Today’s assembly at Norwich Free Academy had a huge surprise in store for one outstanding Norwich educator! Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley and Connecticut Commissioner of Education Charlene M. Russell-Tucker presented ninth through 12th grade social studies teacher Jessica Chapman with a Connecticut Milken Educator Award and $25,000. She joins the Network on the exciting path to the announcement of the 3,000th Milken Educator this Award season.
