Welcoming Two Outstanding Nevada Milken Educators

Nevada's Milken Educator Network welcomed two outstanding members this season with exciting celebrations. First, on March 13, Milken Educator Awards Founder Lowell Milken delivered the surprise of a lifetime to kindergarten teacher Yamilet Lopez at Alice Maxwell Elementary School in Sparks. Special education teacher Joseph Kielminski joined the Network when MEA Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley visited Foothill High School to present the national recognition on April 12.
