Two Arkansas Teachers Join the Milken Educator Network

This Milken Educator Awards season Arkansas added two remarkable teachers to the Network: math teacher Derek Tharp at Southside Middle School on January 9, 2025 and sixth grade English language arts, reading, and social studies teacher Bonnie Pollock at Old High Middle School on March 5, 2025. We surprised the two top educators with Milken Educator Awards and $25,000 cash prizes in front of students, colleagues, veteran Milken Educators, and visiting dignitaries.
