Two Hawaii Teachers Join the Milken Educator Network

Two outstanding Hawaii teachers received national recognition when Milken Educator Awards Founder Lowell Milken, along with Hawaii Governor Josh Green, Lt. Governor Sylvia Luke and Superintendent of Education Keith Hayashi, delivered the surprise of a lifetime. With giant $25,000 checks and in front of students, colleagues, dignitaries and media, Lowell changed the lives of two deserving educators: Rory Inouye in Hilo and Jade Pham in Honolulu.
