But no one expects that the assembly is about to turn into a life-changing surprise for one outstanding educator! Watch the excitement unfold as National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joshua Barnett, representing the Milken Family Foundation, presents first and second grade mentor teacher Ashley Meyer with a Milken Educator Award. The prestigious award comes with a $25,000 prize, marking a transformative moment in Ashley's teaching career.
