Nebraska Milken Educators Welcome Rebecca Streff

North Bend Central Elementary is celebrating its Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) program with a festive assembly, with dignitaries like Nebraska Department of Education Commissioner Matthew L. Blomstedt and Lieutenant Governor Mike Foley on hand. But one outstanding educator is about to get a huge national honor—and it's a complete surprise! Watch as Foley and Milken Family Foundation Senior Program Director Greg Gallagher present fifth-grade teacher Rebecca Streff with Nebraska's 2018-19 Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
