Watch as Dr. Joshua Barnett — representing the Milken Family Foundation as the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer — and Arkansas Department of Education Secretary Jacob Oliva, presents math teacher Derek Tharp with a Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
