Northside Elementary is all abuzz: Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction Carolyn Stanford Taylor is touring schools around the state, and today she's here for a festive assembly. But wait ... why is she introducing a special guest from sunny California? Watch as Superintendent Stanford Taylor and Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, surprise fifth-grade teacher Sarah Compton with Wisconsin's 2018-19 Milken Educator Award.
