Congratulations to Pennsylvania’s 2012 Milken Educator Jennifer Hoffner-Turkowski of University Park Elementary School in Monroeville! The first-rate first grade teacher experienced the shock of a lifetime when she was presented with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award at an all-school assembly. Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Ron Tomalis joined Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley to announce the news of the prestigious award.
