Good morning, Chino Hills! Tom Torlakson, superintendent of the California Department of Education, is on hand for an all-school assembly at Ruben S. Ayala High School to celebrate its new sensitivity training program. But when Torlakson introduces Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, the students and staff realize there's another reason for the festivities...and it's a shocker!
