ONEIDA, TN—Students and staff at Oneida Elementary School are gathered today for a star-studded assembly with visiting dignitaries, including Tennessee Commissioner of Education Lizzette Reynolds. No one could guess that the assembly is about to turn into a life-changing surprise for one outstanding educator! Watch the excitement unfold as National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joshua Barnett, representing the Milken Family Foundation, presents third grade teacher Stephanie Boshears with a Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
