Connecticut Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz and Commissioner of Education Charlene Russell-Tucker join Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, as she surprises math teacher Laura Baker-Coronis with the Award and $25,000.
