On April 5, 2022, the Milken Educator Awards team traveled to the Sunshine State, where we delivered the surprise of a lifetime to two outstanding educators: K-1 teacher April Crisci in Spring Hill, and high school math teacher Ashley Hernandez in Sarasota. Florida's two new Milken Educator Award recipients received the $25,000 honor in front of proud students and colleagues. Here's a look at their memorable day.
