Ginger Giessler Surprised, Students Proud as She’s Named IN’s 2013-14 Milken Educator

Ginger Giessler was completely surprised, but her students would have been surprised NOT to hear Ginger’s name as the recipient of the 2013 Milken Educator Award for Indiana. Set up with a little help from State Superintendent Glenda Ritz, Dr. Foley of the Milken Family Foundation reveals in front of a schoolwide assembly at New Tech Academy @ Wayne High School in Fort Wayne, IN, that one of their teachers is about to receive a $25,000 prize.
