When Milken Family Foundation Co-Founder Mike Milken takes the microphone, he starts by telling the school that he hears they have a great football team. When the cheers die down, Milken turns to a more serious topic: the importance of great educators. He lets the crowd in on a secret: One teacher at Glen Cove High School is about to receive the Milken Educator Award and a $25,000 prize.
