Cynthia Frazier (WV '94) has passed away at age 64. She received the Milken Educator Award as a teacher at Scott Teays Elementary School in Scott Depot, West Virginia, a school she had attended as a child. Cynthia later became an assistant principal and principal in the same district. At the 2017 Award notification for Erika Klose (WV '17), she told fellow Milken Educators that the Award had opened many career opportunities for her, including being selected to go to Washington, D.C. to review grants.
