What's happening at Pine Bluff High School? Arkansas Department of Education Secretary Johnny Key is visiting to commend the school's fine arts program at an all-school assembly. But things take an unexpected turn when Secretary Key and Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, surprise art teacher Shalisha Thomas with Arkansas' 2019-20 Milken Educator Award and $25,000. Pine Bluff will remember this assembly forever!
