John Rosenbaum Wins RI Milken Award

It's a big day at Segue Institute for Learning: Rhode Island Education Commissioner Angélica Infante-Green is in the building for an assembly about At-Promise Students and Growing Stewards of Change. But there's another reason for her visit, which comes to light when she introduces Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards,  who presents social studies teacher John Rosenbaum with a Rhode Island Milken Award and $25,000. Surprise, John—you're a Milken Educator!
