HUNTER, ND—Northern Cass Elementary School is filled with excitement this morning!  Dressed in red and pink for Valentine’s Day, learners file in for an assembly with North Dakota State School Superintendent Kirsten Baesler. The reason for the assembly is revealed when Milken Educator Awards Vice President Jennifer Fuller surprises kindergarten educator Jessica Stoen with North Dakota's sole 2024-25 Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
