Phoenix, AZ, Master Teacher Danielle Ferreira Is Stunned with 2012–13 Milken Educator Award

 It was an extra sweet Valentine’s Day for Dr. Danielle Ferreira, a master teacher at Constitution Elementary School in Arizona’s Deer Valley Unified School District. Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken, joined by Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction John Huppenthal, surprised her with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award before a schoolwide assembly.
