Michigan Superintendent of Public Instruction Dr. Michael F. Rice is visiting Fraser High School for a special assembly—one that turns out to include a huge surprise for an outstanding teacher! Watch as Dr. Rice and Greg Gallagher, senior program director of the Milken Educator Awards, name fashion design teacher Stacie Yokhana a Michigan Milken Educator and  present her with $25,000. It's a career-changing day for this deserving teacher.
