Something big is happening at Highland High School. When Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra introduces Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, no one is quite sure what lies ahead. But then Dr. Foley surprises Dane Beorchia, leader of the school's Health Professions pathway, with an Idaho Milken Award and $25,000! It's a day the educator will never forget.
