Agricultural Science Teacher Rachel Kinsaul Welcomed to The GA Milken Educator Family

Good morning, Morgan County High School! Georgia State School Superintendent Richard Woods is visiting to highlight the school's success with their Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education programs. However, there's another reason to celebrate! All is revealed when Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, presents ninth through 12th grade agricultural science teacher Rachel Kinsaul with a 2024-25 Georgia Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
