Ryan James Wins VA Milken Award

After the assembly, recipient Ryan James (VA '17) and veteran Milken Educator Laura Lay (VA '05) realize they share an important past: in 2002, James was a student in Lay's ninth-grade World History class at James River High School in Midlothian. He was a senior and attended the assembly when Lay was surprised with her Milken Award more than a decade ago.
