Milken Educator Michaela Lamarre (ME '15) talks with reporters after her surprise Milken Educator Award ceremony. Lamarre, who teaches eighth-grade science at Saco Middle School, connects her students with science in the real world: She and her colleagues took students to a local demonstration of a remote operated underwater vehicle (ROV), inspiring the kids to build their own robots.
