Rachel Willis (GA '10), founder and CEO of Elevating Equity, has won a 2016 Social Innovation Award from Teach for America. The organization gives its Social Innovation Awards to alumni who are working to address educational inequity. Elevating Equity facilitates discussions for educators and community members about race and its impact on education.
