Erin Hodges (AR '13) Receives 2024 NAESP National Assistant Principal Award

The National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) recognized Erin Hodges (AR '13) among 27 assistant principals as  members of the 2024 class of National Outstanding Assistant Principals.  The award honors Erin's contributions to her school community. 

Hodges was recognized for leading best practices across professional learning communities (PLCs). She believes that educators should strive to achieve success for every student by maintaining high expectations and supporting them through reteaching, interventions, and extra time to practice the skill until mastery of the standard is met. She works to achieve a mission of high levels of learning for all students and motivates educators to commit to the critical assumption that all students can learn at high levels. Erin is also committed to maintaining inclusion as an essential standard and believes it is critical for special education students to achieve their potential.
