David Roach (WV '93) Becomes State Superintendent

David Roach (WV '93) has been named West Virginia State Superintendent of Schools. He received the Milken Educator Award as principal of Beverly Hills High School in Huntington and went on to serve as superintendent for Cabell, Lincoln, Mingo and Wayne counties. He had served as executive director of the School Building Authority of West Virginia since April 2018.
