Smith. They've come to celebrate student character and leadership growth…but is there more to the story? When surprise guest Greg Gallagher, senior program administrator for the Milken Family Foundation, presents third-grade teacher Traci Druschke with an Indiana Milken Educator Award and $25,000, the entire school is there to cheer for their beloved teacher on her life-changing day.
