Dr. Michael Johnson, Alaska's education commissioner and the state's 2008 Milken Educator, is spending the morning at Anchorage's Chester Valley Elementary to talk about its social and emotional learning program, along with Anchorage School District Superintendent Dr. Deena Paramo and a slew of visiting dignitaries.
