English teacher Misty Ayres-Miranda talks with reporters after her surprise Milken Educator Award presentation at Nashville School of the Arts. The school's graduation and literacy rates are on the rise, and for the past seven years, Ayres-Miranda has consistently earned the highest possible ratings in both growth and achievement on the Tennessee Educator Acceleration Model (TEAM).
