Misty Ayres-Miranda Receives TN Milken Educator Award

The mystery is revealed when Dr. Gary Stark, president and CEO of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, explains to the crowd that the Milken Family Foundation is about to surprise one outstanding educator at Nashville School of the Arts with a national prize: the Milken Educator Award. Stark knows the value of this prestigious honor: he received the Award in 2001 as a principal in Arkansas and proudly displays his Milken Educator Award pin.
