Missouri's 2015-16 Milken Educator is Deborah Siebern-Dennis

Science teacher Deborah Siebern-Dennis addresses the assembly after Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, names her Missouri's 2015-16 Award recipient. Foley asks Siebern-Dennis about the technology she uses in her classroom, and Siebern-Dennis, still flustered from the excitement of the surprise Award notification, turns to her students in the bleachers, who shout out the names of various apps and platforms. "That's what they're comfortable with," Siebern-Dennis says. "That's how they learn."
