Mackey for a special assembly celebrating the school's accomplishments—including a national honor for one outstanding educator. When Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, presents fifth grade teacher Mary Travis with the sole 2024-25 Alabama Milken Educator Award and $25,000, it makes for a day Travis will remember forever!
