Students and staff raise the roof with their applause and cheers when Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, surprises fourth-grade writing teacher Krystal Contreras with Texas' Milken Award and $25,000. The first-ever recipient from San Benito CISD, Contreras will remember this career-changing day forever.
