Kevin Dailey Wins KY Milken Award

It's a big day in Union: Kentucky Commissioner of Education Dr. Jason E. Glass is visiting schools around the state, and today he's here at Ballyshannon Middle School along with Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman. But why? All is revealed when Milken Educator Awards Vice President Stephanie Bishop takes the microphone and presents social studies teacher Kevin Dailey with the surprise of a lifetime in front of students and colleagues: the Milken Award and $25,000.
