Kindergarten Teacher Hailey Couch Wins OK Milken Award

 

 

Norman School District Superintendent Dr. Nick Migliorino greets the students, staff and guests gathered at Madison Elementary for the presentation. He reminds the students that last year he got to serve them green eggs and ham—and he'll be back in his "Cat in the Hat" costume again this year! Then Dr. Migliorino introduces the state superintendent, telling students that "the work she does every day affects what you kids do in class."
