Kindergarten Teacher Hailey Couch Wins OK Milken Award

 

 

Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister congratulates students and staff for all they do to increase kindness at Madison Elementary. "When someone is sad or all by themselves, you go over to them," she says. "You’re setting an example for the adults. ... Putting an end to bullying is everyone’s responsibility."
