Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, tells the assembly that teachers deserve more recognition and reward for their important work. Every year the Milken Family Foundation travels around the country honoring outstanding educators. And today, one of those honorees is right here in Waterbury.
Fun fact: Today marks the 400th Milken Educator Jane Foley has personally welcomed to the family!
