It's a big day at Stuart-Hobson Middle School: Washington D.C. Superintendent of Education Hanseul Kang and D.C. Public Schools Chancellor Dr. Lewis D. Ferebee are visiting for an assembly celebrating increases in student satisfaction. But wait ... who's the special guest taking the microphone from Superintendent Kang?
