What’s happening at Liberty Common High School in Fort Collins this morning? Colorado Commissioner of Education Susana Córdova and a bevy of dignitaries are visiting for a special all-school assembly. The reason for the assembly is revealed when Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, presents assistant principal and AP microeconomics teacher Chris Reynolds with Colorado's sole 2024-25 Milken Educator Award and $25,000! It’s a day Liberty Common High School will remember forever.
