Bonnie Pollock, You Are an AR Milken Educator!

What’s happening at Old High Middle School? Everyone’s excited for an all-school assembly. The reason for the assembly becomes clear when National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer Dr. Josh Barnett, representing the Milken Family Foundation, takes the mic and presents sixth grade English language arts and social studies teacher Bonnie Pollock with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award. Arkansas Department of Education Secretary Jacob Oliva joined to honor Pollock in front of cheering students, colleagues, dignitaries and media.
