Recipient Andrew Rebello leads Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, on a tour of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School. Rebello has successfully implemented schoolwide instructional practices to improve student learning with a focus on checks for understanding and critical thinking in every classroom. Under Rebello's leadership, Diman RVTHS has become one of the highest-performing high schools in the area and has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report among the top in the nation.
