The special guest: Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, who tells the assembly that teachers have the most important job in our society: preparing young people for bright futures. Today, one outstanding educator at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School is receiving an important national honor called the Milken Educator Award. And it's a total surprise!
