In a breakout room, Melissa Fike (MO ’19) and Dr. Angie Besendorfer (MO ’96) discuss the Missouri Teacher Leaders of Tomorrow, a partnership between Missouri Milken Educators and state universities to honor 10 outstanding future educators each year. The recipients then receive invaluable mentorship by a veteran Milken Educator as they begin their careers in the classroom.
