2024 MEA Forum: Unleashing Educator Leadership

 

 

"As a teacher, I was always searching for teaching practices that would make a difference for my students," says Vicky Condalary (LA '01). "After receiving this prestigious Award, I realized I could make a difference beyond my school. I realized I had a voice to make a difference for the teaching profession and increase student achievement on a much larger scale." She serves as NIET's senior vice president of services and partnership, collaborating with more than 75 universities to prepare teachers to enter the profession.
