Minnesota Commissioner of Education Alice Seagren tells Galtier Magnet Elementary students, "When I was a little girl, I didn't get to go to a lot of places because my mom and dad didn't have much money. But through books, I travelled in my mind. Through books, I learned about the Queen of England and got excited about science. I journeyed far and wide in my imagination."
