Nicole Castile wins TN 2014–15 Milken Educator Award

Nicole's Milken Educator Award came as a complete surprise, but it's no surprise that so many students wanted to personally thank her at the assembly in her honor.
After all, Nicole has helped every student at Norman Smith Elementary directly either through her own classes or as the school's STEM leader, improvement team chair and mentor to other teachers.
