State Superintendent of Education Dr. Mick Zais is in on the still-undisclosed secret reason for this assembly (he just helped us surprise another outstanding SC educator a few hours earlier). But before that surprise twist starts, Dr. Zais takes this time to tell the students that their hard work has not gone unnoticed and will have tremendous effects on the rest of their lives.
