Coming up to accept his Milken Educator Award, Principal Mike Sinclair is still in shock at the surprise sprung on him by State Superintendent of Education Dr. Mick Zais (left) and National Institute for Excellence in Teaching President and CEO Dr. Gary Stark, who hold the $25,000 check made out in his name.
